Europe Collections Specialist — Mid/Night Shift

WTW is seeking a Collections professional to manage client accounts and ensure timely payment of invoices. You will interact with clients primarily through telephone and email, negotiating solutions and resolving issues professionally.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a B2B Collections environment, strong fluency in English, and the ability to work under pressure to meet targets. This position may require mid-shift or night shift work.
