EU RFP Proposal Technical Writer

with expertise in the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) domain. The role involves developing high-quality, compelling, and compliant technical proposals in response to Requests for Proposals (RFPs), RFIs, and RFQs for the European Institutions.

Key Responsibilities Analyze RFP/RFI/RFQ documents and identify requirements Develop clear, concise, and persuasive technical proposal content Collaborate with subject matter experts, solution architects, and sales teams Translate complex ICT concepts into understandable language Ensure compliance with RFP requirements and evaluation criteria Manage proposal timelines and coordinate deliverables Maintain proposal templates, content libraries, and knowledge repositories Review, edit, and proofread proposal submissions
