Job Description
Lead the creation, implementation, and continuous updating of the BMA's Ethics, Integrity, and Anti-Corruption Policies and Strategy,
Ensuring alignment with the National Anti-Corruption Strategy and other public service frameworks. Act as the principal point of contact for ethics-related matters. Manage and publicise a safe, confidential whistleblowing mechanism. Ensure allegations are recorded, referred, and managed appropriately in coordination with law enforcement. Advising management and personnel on conflicts of interest, gifts, benefits, financial disclosures, and remunerative work outside the public service. Oversee financial disclosure systems, Conduct lifestyle audits, Manage registers for gifts and remunerative work. Identify systemic weaknesses and report findings with recommendations.
