You've built a solid foundation in estimating and are ready for more responsibility, more exposure and a clearer path forward.
This opportunity offers a salary between $120k and $145k plus super, depending on experience. You'll report directly to the Director and Construction Manager, pricing commercial and health projects up to $15m.
They're looking for an Estimator who can hit the ground running and work independently, taking projects from initial review through to final submission. You'll have support around you, but you'll also be trusted to manage your own workload and pricing responsibilities.
You'll be based in their South Yarra head office, surrounded by good coffee, dining and easy transport options. The Director is approachable and down to earth, while the Estimating Manager brings more than 10 years of industry experience.
