Job Description
A rare chance to get into an estimating team right at the start and grow with it!
A young, well-funded specialist contractor (new build, refurb and remediation) is growing fast. New office in Central London near Liverpool Street, flexible working, and they're building their estimating function from scratch inside pre-construction.
They're taking on a couple of people at different levels, and this is the one for an estimator who wants room to develop rather than a narrow lane in a big firm.
What you'd be doing
- Pricing remediation, refurb and new build schemes cladding, facade, fire safety upgrades, EWI, fabric upgrades
- Producing estimates and tenders, take-offs, measurement, pricing schedules, subbie enquiries
- Supporting two-stage tenders, PCSAs and ECI
- Pulling together cost data for the funding schemes (BSF, CSS, SHDF)
