About the Role

We are looking for an Estimator & Contracts Administrator for Construction & Demolition Industry who will be responsible for managing and supporting the estimation department across all contracts and projects and will be reporting to the General Manager (GM). This role involves generating tender submissions, gathering data from project documentation, and estimating costs for labor and materials to ensure agreed outcomes are met. The Estimator will also review previous tenders for value management opportunities, submit tenders, and foster strong client relationships with both existing and new customers and suppliers.

You will play a key role in ensuring projects are estimated accurately, efficiently, and commercially viable. This position is integral to achieving sustainable profits while satisfying both company and client objectives.
