Estimator (Bluebeam) | Work From Home

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to support interior design and fit‑out projects from concept through completion. In this role, you’ll use Bluebeam to prepare accurate cost estimates, analyse materials and labour, and collaborate closely with designers and project teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for interior design and fit‑out projects.
• Conduct material and quantity takeoffs using Bluebeam and other relevant tools.
• Interpret architectural drawings, design documentation, and specifications to determine project scope and cost requirements.
• Analyse labour, materials, and subcontractor costs to develop comprehensive pricing.
• Collaborate closely with designers and project teams to ensure estimates align with design intent and project objectives.
