Estimation Engineer – Refurbishment & Structural Rehab

Plum Jobs is seeking an UAE experienced Estimation Engineer for its Dubai team. The role covers the estimating process from tender review to bid submission, delivering accurate cost evaluations and technical proposals to support project acquisition.

The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years’ UAE experience in construction-related estimation, with strong skills in cost estimation, pricing, AutoCAD and Excel, and a UAE driving license is preferred.
