Job Description
We are looking for a detailedoriented Estimation Engineer who will be responsible for preparing cost estimations and bid proposals for highrise construction projects. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical and negotiation skills to handle tenders effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze architectural structural and MEP drawings to prepare cost estimates.
Prepare accurate BOQs based on drawings and specifications.
Solicit and analyze quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
Prepare tender documents and commercial proposals.
Identify costsaving options through value engineering.
Track market prices for materials labor and services.
Prepare cash flow projections and cost reports.
Participate in tender meetings and clarification sessions.
