Job Description
The company is looking for an Estate Site Manager with extensive experience within the Security Environment. Qualifications Must have completed matric and completed a Tertiary Qualification Should have at least 5 years experience in this management level within the Security Industry Must have at least 2 year' Residential Estate experience Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written communication). Must have excellent report-writing skills. Must have strong client liaison skills. Must have good leadership skills (workplace and operational discipline). Must have strong interpersonal skills. Must be able to work under pressure. Must have basic IR knowledge. Must be able to work flexible hours. Able to implement company procedures and best practices. Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
