We are seeking an experienced, highly professional Estate Manager / House Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of an ultra‑luxury private residence in Palm Jumeirah. This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring the estate operates to five‑star hospitality standards at all times. The successful candidate will manage household staff, coordinate contractors and service providers, maintain the property and its assets, supervise budgets, and ensure every aspect of the residence is delivered with excellence, discretion, and efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organisational skills, strong leadership ability, meticulous attention to detail, and extensive experience managing luxury residences, private estates, family offices, boutique hotels, or VIP households.
