Job Description
YOUR ROLE
STMicroelectronics TnF RnD Organisation is seeking to employ an ESD Engineer based in Singapore. The selected candidate will assist and report to the Senior Staff ESD Specialist based in Malta.
- LeadR&D activities on ESD and electrostatic charge control, including: investigating control strategies to reduce micro contamination and foreign matter on devices; designing and executing DOEs across multiple tools with installed sensors for data acquisition; analysing results to define optimal process parameters; and deploying sensor based monitoring on equipment to support ESD risk assessment
- To strengthen the Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) awareness and knowledge within Back-End Manufacturing and Technology (BEMT) Sites and Electrical Wafer Sorting (EWS) by developing & conveyingtraining materia l to the various levels of Operators, Technicians & Engineers.
