Contribute to the success in a fast-paced Escrow environment, serving Citi Wealth clients nationwide. As an Escrow Specialist, you will support the management of transactions from inception to completion, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk while delivering exceptional service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ **Transaction Management:** Structure, negotiate, and execute escrow and paying agent agreements, collaborating with internal legal counsel to minimize risk and ensure compliance.
+ **Client Collaboration:** Work with Escrow Business Development and Private Bankers to assist with client onboarding, gather necessary documentation, and coordinate deal closings.
