ERP & Data Governance Administrator

Salary Range: $58,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

About the Position

We are hiring an ERP & Data Governance Administrator to join our Information Technology team. This full‑time, permanent role will be based in either our head office in Oakville, Ontario, or our production facility in Ottawa, Ontario. The position reports to the VP of IT and Digital Transformation.

Responsibilities

• Manage user provisioning, role‑based access controls (RBAC), and permissions within the ERP environment.
• Provide first‑ and second‑level troubleshooting support for end‑user ERP inquiries and workflow errors.
• Oversee the integrity, synchronization, and quality of critical master data records (leads, customers, partners, vendors) across ERP, CRM, and third‑party tools.
• Run routine health checks to catch duplicates or formatting errors, and execute bulk data updates and deduplication tasks regularly.
