Overview

The Buenos Aires Equity Capital Markets team is part of J.P. Morgan's Investment Banking business. Based in Buenos Aires, Argentina, the team reports directly to the Global Equity Capital Market team in New York and supports bankers worldwide with IPOs and other equity transactions. The role involves preparing pitch books, financial updates, marketing materials, and providing day‑to‑day coaching and professional development for Buenos Aires‑based Capital Markets analysts.

Responsibilities

• Conduct industry and company research relevant to equity capital markets origination (IPOs, direct listings, follow‑on offerings).
• Gather and maintain statistics on issuers, industries and verticals; create company profiles and case studies.
