Support program requirements utilizing various MIS systems such as D043 Commercial Asset Visibility Air Force (CAV AF), Fedmall, Joint Engineering Data Management Information and Control System (JEDMICS), Enhanced Technical Information Management System (ETIMS), Haystack and other databases relating to the aircraft and its systems to help determine problem areas on assigned systems and items.
Serve as a technical advisor to senior leaders and maintenance technicians in maintenance, and operations and training for the assigned weapon system and associated equipment.
Review and analyze technical problems/malfunctions affecting assigned equipment generated from a variety of sources including Technical Assistance Requests (TARs), DRs, AFTO Form 22/252s, MSTG/SSG, telephone calls, Innovative Development through Employee Awareness (IDEA), and aircraft mishaps.
