Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Job Summary

Supports extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, the Equipment Maintenance Engineer will work in Guadalajara, North Campus. Reporting to the Equipment Maintenance Manager, the role involves leading personnel engaged in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining manufacturing equipment to meet cost, quality, and delivery goals.

Responsibilities

• Check and calibrate equipment to ensure repeatable and accurate performance.
• Install new equipment and equipment expansion as required.
• Respond immediately to equipment breakdowns and coordinate resolution.
• Stay informed of production plans and progress to anticipate maintenance needs.
• Organize teams or individuals to ensure 24‑hour coverage of maintenance activities.
• Work on mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and computer systems.
