Job Description
Summary Reemployed annuitant: This vacancy does not meet the criteria for appointment of annuitants. Responsibilities Assures all requirements for processing EEO Contacts, Pre-Complaint Counseling, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) requests relating to Pre-Complaints are processed in accordance with regulations and Agency Instruction. Makes determinations and drafts correspondences on acceptance/dismissal of complaints; ensures prompt, fair investigations; and performs sufficiency review of Reports of Investigation. Assists in developing, coordinating, and implementing the DCAA Affirmative Employment Plans which further Agency EEO goals and objectives. Serves as the Agency Reasonable Accommodation (RA) Manager. Evaluates program effectiveness and makes recommendations for changes and improvements.
