Mainframe to Cloud Migration Developer (Job Level 10)

We are seeking a highly experienced Mainframe to Cloud Migration Developer with hands-on experience in mainframe application development, modernization, and cloud migration initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming legacy mainframe applications to modern cloud-based platforms while ensuring functional equivalence, performance, scalability, and operational stability. This role requires strong technical expertise in COBOL-based applications, Micro Focus technologies, migration tools, cloud platforms, and modernization best practices.

The successful candidate will work closely with architects, technical leads, business analysts, infrastructure teams, and testing teams to analyze existing applications, remediate code, migrate data, modernize interfaces, and support end-to-end migration activities from assessment through production deployment.
