Key Responsibilities

• Configure, implement, and support Epic applications based on business and clinical requirements.
• Gather requirements and translate them into technical and functional solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing, upgrades, and production support.
• Develop interfaces and integrations with third-party healthcare systems.
• Support data migration, validation, and system optimization activities.
• Work closely with clinicians, business users, and technical teams.
• Participate in system design, UAT, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare technical and functional documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and security requirements.
