Qualifications

• A tertiary qualification in Construction, Property, Engineering or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in building and construction, water or civil infrastructure, contract management and refits
• A background in construction and a desire to transition to the client‑side, or build on existing client‑side experience
• Familiarity with delivery methodologies such as Construct Only, Design and Build or Early Contractor Involvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
