About The Role
As a CBRE Facilities Manager, you will lead a team responsible for overseeing building operations, maintenance, and service delivery across a facility, campus, or a portfolio of small to medium‑sized buildings. This role is part of the Facilities Management function, which oversees all aspects of asset operations, supporting Property Management teams with repair plans, operational improvements, compliance, and investment planning. In addition, the role carries a commercial responsibility to identify, propose, and secure additional project opportunities from existing clients to support account growth.
