Key Responsibilities
As part of the Engagement and Development team, duties will include:
Administering and coordinating the annual organisational training needs analysis process.
Researching and engaging external training providers while ensuring procurement procedures are followed.
Processing and coordinating ad-hoc training requests across the organisation.
Producing regular reports and analysis for senior stakeholders on learning, development, engagement, and wellbeing activities.
Maintaining accurate records, statistics, and management information.
