A vacancy for Environmental Qualification Engineer has arisen within Airbus Defence & Space in Getafe. The successful applicant will join the Engineering Support team to perform transversal activities within the Systems Centre of Competence.

Responsibilities

• Support the entire system development life‑cycle from requirement analysis, development, environmental qualification, integration and certification/qualification in a multi‑platform environment.
• Define Environmental Qualification requirements, design tests and review results for equipment.
• Define interfaces between functions or systems and manage their consistent implementation.
• Provide input to checkpoints and reviews with associated maturity expectations aligned with program phases and gates.
