Environmental Service Quality & Stakeholder Lead

The National Environment Agency (NEA) Singapore is seeking a Quality Service Specialist to support service delivery across Pollution Control and Waste Management divisions. You will conduct service audits, develop corrective actions, and monitor performance to uphold NEA's standards.

You will coordinate with multiple agencies, handle complex cases, prepare reports for senior management, and contribute to process improvements through digital tools and cross‑functional collaboration.
