Job Description
Bruce Power seeks an Onboarding Trainer for a 6-month contract in Kincardine, ON. Lead the development and delivery of critical training programs focused on Environmental Health and Safety compliance.
Reporting to the Onboarding Manager, you will identify training needs and coordinate various EHS programs required for projects and legislative compliance. Engage with employees and provide feedback on competencies while fostering a strong safety culture and supporting Human Performance within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver training on programs such as Forklift Operation and First Aid
• Assess employee competency related to training
• Engage in training team meetings and initiatives
• Support continuous improvement in safety practices
• Serve as a resource for Occupational Health & Safety Acts
