Summary The Management and Program Analyst will serve as an Environment, Safety, Health, and Quality (ESH&Q) Specialist, a senior professional role that supports the National Nuclear Security Administration's (NNSA) contractor oversight, performance evaluation, and safety validation mission in the Savannah River Field Office. Responsibilities As a Environment, Safety, Health and Quality Specialist, you will: Serves as an organization-wide Subject Matter Expert (SME) in ESH&Q, advising line organizations on the integration of safety, health, and quality assurance programs to ensure all operational objectives are met with minimal risk. Provides expert technical consultation and actionable recommendations to site leadership, DOE/NNSA Headquarters officials, and contractor management regarding program improvements, safety culture maturity, and the efficient management of high-hazard facilities.
