Concord is a full-scope IT service provider in Mexico City seeking an entry-level IT support specialist. You will assist with workstations, printers, and network issues, install and upgrade software and hardware, and manage user accounts and security.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in IT, basic Windows/MS Office knowledge, and English fluency. The role may involve overtime and physical tasks; bilingual abilities are a plus.
