- Provide chairside assistance to dentists during consultations and procedures.
- Attend to patient queries and help create a comfortable clinic experience.
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas to ensure cleanliness and operational readiness.
- Handle the cleaning and sterilisation of dental tools and equipment.
- Support imaging procedures such as X-rays and OPG scans for clinical evaluation.
- Coordinate and follow up on laboratory cases and related documentation.
- Assist with patient registration, appointment arrangements, billing matters, and follow-up scheduling.
- Support medication dispensing and general front-desk coordination duties when required.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented approach.
