- You get the chance to build: validate and prototype new initiatives, products, or business lines inside VARM, with real ownership from day one
- You operate with founder-level autonomy – defining problems, testing hypotheses, and deciding what's worth scaling – while drawing on VARM's resources, data, and network
- You work closely with the CEO and founding team, translating ambiguous opportunities into structured projects with clear outcomes
Dein Profil
- You bring 2–4 years of experience in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment, consulting, investment banking, or VC – for example as a Strategy Consultant, Management Consultant, Investment Banking Analyst/Associate, VC Analyst/Associate, Founder's Associate, Business Analyst, Business Operations Manager, or Project Manager
