Enterprise Risk & Capital Strategy Lead (M&A & Modeling)

Horace Mann seeks an experienced actuarial risk professional to support enterprise risk management, capital strategy, and strategic growth initiatives. The role involves evaluating M&A strategies, reinsurance, and new market entry, and building/maintaining capital models for regulatory and economic frameworks.

You will perform sensitivity analyses, design the ERM framework aligned with NAIC/ORSA, and monitor a wide range of risks while delivering dashboards and reports to senior management
