Enterprise IT Sales Leader — Abu Dhabi

Ghobash Group is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales for our Abu Dhabi Branch to lead the sales strategy for IT system integration. The ideal candidate must have at least 10-15 years of experience in enterprise IT sales, including 5 years in a leadership role, and proven success in meeting multi-million dollar sales targets.

The role includes developing sales plans, managing account managers, and driving revenue growth. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field, with exceptional leadership and negotiation skills.
