Job Summary

Managing one or several larger accounts or acting as account lead for a substantial part of a top account. Understanding customer IT and business objectives, prioritizing requirements, building pipeline, closing deals, developing relationships with key stakeholders and partners, providing advocate for the customer within HPE, and planning results for the financial year.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage assigned Tier 1 Telco accounts or multiple accounts.
  • Own overall customer relationship and engagement strategy.
  • Develop new business contacts, cultivate C‑level relationships, and act as trusted advisor.
  • Interact with customer staff at all levels involved in decision making.
