Enrolled Nurse - Thomas Hogan Rehabilitation Centre

• Full Time, Ongoing Contract
• Up to 80 hours per fortnight - Inclusive of ADO accrual

Northeast Health Wangaratta (NHW) is the major health provider in the Central Hume region with an extensive range of acute, sub-acute, aged care and community services.

Rehabilitation Centre runs comprehensive rehabilitation and Geriatric Evaluation and Management specialised services, focusing on optimising peoples independence in daily activities following a change in function as a result of disability or medical condition.

Applicants must have current registration, excellent interpersonal skills and a demonstrated ability to relate to patients, family members and other health care providers.

Applicants are required to be able to work day, evening and night shifts as rostered.
