Role Summary
Overall, tutors will support students in the 11‑18 age range, working as learning mentors and tutors on a 1:1, 1:2 and 1:3 basis, focusing on raising attainment, participation, confidence and self‑esteem. The school invests heavily in the support department and offers a growing team of specialists.
