Engineer/Senior Engineer(BID)

Lead planning, tender calling of consultancy/construction contracts, design review and supervision of a team of consultants and contractors for MPA's building and infrastructure projects. Activities include development of new buildings, renovation of existing buildings, greening and solarisation of MPA properties, and development/upgrading of marine facilities. Involved in entire project cycle: planning, budgeting, drafting specifications, tender calling, evaluating submissions, tracking project progress, managing expenditures, and finalising projects.

Lead engineering design consultants in design, cost estimation, and tender documentation. After contract award, manage projects and supervise consultants and contractors on construction management, contract administration, and site supervisory work.
