Engineering Transformation Leader (AI & Lean)

**Job Description Summary**
The Engineering Transformation Leader (AI & Lean) is accountable for the strategy and implementation of an advanced Quality Management system, Lean engineering principles, and AI-driven design and workflow tools into our technical processes. Directly leading a medium sized team and indirectly leading the Heavy-Duty New Unit organization, you will drive sustainable improvements across all Heavy-Duty New Unit teams by championing cultural and process initiatives that modernize our design methodology, improve execution velocity, and ensure right-first-time quality in our engineering deliverables.
