Job Summary

We are looking for an Engineering System IT Support to join our team and support the maintenance of our Engineering IT services, ensuring they remain operational, performant, and aligned with business and end-user needs.In this role, reporting directly to the Engineering Systems IT Manager, you will contribute to managing deployment solutions, including building, testing, and debugging software packages, while efficiently resolving incidents, problems, and service requests related to installations, patching, and upgrades.The Engineering System IT Support role is remote-based.What a typical day looks like:
