Responsible for supervising daily engineering and maintenance operations to ensure the hotel’s facilities, equipment, and systems are operating safely, efficiently, and in line with Hospitality standards. The role includes leading the engineering team, coordinating preventive maintenance, responding to guest and operational issues, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and supporting smooth hotel operations to deliver an excellent guest experience.

Job Description

• Supervise daily engineering operations and lead a team of technicians.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for all MEP and HVAC systems.
• Ensure prompt response and resolution of guest room engineering issues (AC, plumbing, electrical, fixtures).
• Monitor and troubleshoot BMS, fire alarm, fire pumps, and life-safety systems.
