Job Description
We are seeking Engineering Students for our Toronto District within the Canadian Buildings Division. Candidates must be available for 4 or 8 months starting September 2026.
As an Engineering Student, you will contribute to our team by:
Responsibilities
- Coordinating drawings, work-specific scope/trades, trade quote reviews – verify material quantities, verify hours, verify rates, deficiency walks, etc.
- Participating in project meetings.
- Inputting and updating deficiency logs and issuing warranties.
- Taking and coordinating progress photos, and updating field drawings.
- Producing as-built drawings.
- Performing quantity takeoffs, coordinating and supervising sub-trade work.
- Verifying site conditions and coordinating with drawings.
- Layout site lines and grades using total station.
- Obtaining scheduling information from sub-trades and updating project schedules.
