The incumbent reports to the Engineer in Residence and provides support, guidance, and instruction with engineering concepts, testing, assembly, and manufacturing to students, staff, and faculty with hardware projects, including capstone, research, and extra‑curricular activities in Mechanical, Industrial, and Aerospace Engineering. Responsibilities include developing projects and laboratory experiments, ensuring continuous improvement and quality within assigned courses, and supporting design projects from feasibility through detailed design. The role also ensures efficient and safe operations of multiple teaching and research laboratory spaces.
