Engineering services engineer (Monterrey)

Location: Apodaca, Monterrey, Mexico

Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site installation, setup, calibration, and commissioning of new laser machines
• Conduct routine preventive maintenance to ensure optimal machine performance and minimize downtime
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and software issues
• Provide remote and on-site technical support to customers
• Train end-users and customer maintenance personnel on safe operation and maintenance
• Prepare and submit detailed service reports and parts usage records
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with logistics team on parts ordering
• Provide field feedback to engineering and product management teams for product improvement
