Summary
Leads a team of Operations trainers to implement site-wide training processes. This is an entry training level for a supervisory role. This job is a working level and typically reports into a first-level manager. Provides leadership to employees performing routine work within a single function or work group. Work is performed within established professional standards and practices. Receives detailed assignments and follows established processes to meet the goals of the unit.
