Engineering / Operations Manager - Electronic Security

We are looking for an experienced Engineering / Operations Manager to oversee and develop our Electronic Security Division, supporting a customer portfolio across Police, Local Authority and Commercial sectors.
The successful candidate will lead daily engineering operations, ensuring high standards of service delivery, compliance, technical performance and customer satisfaction.
The Role
You will:
• Manage engineering operations including installation, maintenance and reactive service delivery
• Lead supervisors, engineers and support staff, driving performance and continuous improvement
• Oversee resource planning, scheduling and operational efficiency
• Act as the senior escalation point for technical and service-related issues
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legislation and audit requirements
