Engineering & Operations Graduate — 2-Year Rotations

Goodman Fielder New Zealand is accepting applications for its Graduate Programme starting February 2027. This two-year program focuses on building technical capabilities across Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain through hands-on experiences and formal training.

Applicants should be in their final year or recent graduates in relevant disciplines, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have full NZ working rights. Opportunities for development and a permanent role at the end of the program await successful candidates.
