1300apprentice has a rare opportunity for a 1st Year Engineering Mechanical (fitter machinist) Apprentice to join our Employer Partner, a world leader in the design and delivery of heavy lift tower cranes and complex craneage services.

They are a third-generation, family-owned and run Australian business with almost 100 years’ experience working on some of the largest construction projects in Australia and across the globe.

As an Engineering Mechanical Apprentice, you will be supported to develop your technical capabilities across a range of core activities, under supervision, including:

• Develop skills to perform mechanical repairs, component refurbishment and service activities on cranes and heavy lifting equipment, components, complete machines and spare parts
