Functional area: Engineering
The Engineering Manager has the main responsibility for coordinating all O&M activities of the wind farm and optimising its performance, by managing the HV electrical system, controlling the 24/7 control & monitoring and leading the operational support task areas.
The person will do this in a proactive, flexible, cost effective and safe manner, ensuring compliance with all legal and company requirements.
About the role
Work with the General Manager to build and maintain a professional working environment and a positive safety culture at site, as well as lead, motivate and manage the team of Operations Engineers
Implement HSSE, Operational and Engineering procedures to ensure compliance with legislation and RWE policy and ensure that all Safety Rules are adhered to
