What You’ll Do
- Lead at Scale: Direct two high-performing squads of 4 to 7 engineers each, focusing on building trust and autonomy within a newly formed team. You will oversee the development of critical banking services where improving reliability and scalability is a constant priority.
- Establish Ownership: Actively establish clear ownership and accountability across your squads, ensuring every engineer understands their impact on the platform's availability and peak performance goals.
- Strategic Partnership: Work in close collaboration with the Product Manager to define OKRs and navigate complex cross‑tribe dependencies, ensuring the roadmap and deliveries are perfectly aligned with business goals.
