Plant Facilities Management and Development - Establish manufacturing systems, procedures, and processes to ensure the plant has the capability to meet customer requirements.
- Develop, manage, implement, and validate changes to the current plant, processes & products / manufacturing system (value streams).
- Provide maintenance services to production.
Accountable for PM program and PM schedule.
- Provide engineering (equipment and process) support and services including plant & process validation, problem analysis, failure investigation and corrective actions (as agreed with production).
- Maintain and improve reliability of equipment and facilities (key to productivity and capacity improvement).
- Provide manufacturing and engineering review/approval for engineering change control systems, including developing & maintaining appropriate measurements to monitor key process improvements.
