- Develop and lead six sigma projects, develop skills and abilities of employees to further lean thinking and actions troughtout the organization, robust control at plant, manage all the technical engineering activities( new projects)
Experiência y requisitos
- 10 year minimum in the IMMEX environment
- 5 to 10 years Experience in Process development, ability to handle multiple projects
- Organize and reduction cost driving
- High level of analysis
- ISO environment
- Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing
- Green belt
- Black belt preference
- Continuos Improvement
- Casting Process experience preference
- Machining Preference
- Drawing reading
- Teamwork
- Good leadership
- Work under pressure
